Yes. Distance and travel time come from the live driving route between your two addresses, including any extra stops you add, so the number you see reflects the road rather than a straight line on a map.

For a standard transfer, a few hours is usually enough and dispatch runs 24 hours. Weddings, events and multi vehicle bookings should be locked in as early as you can, because the right cars go first.

Use the special request button. Multi day bookings, several cars at once, wedding fleets, roadshows and anything with an itinerary are priced by a person rather than a calculator. Describe the day in plain language and we will come back to you with a fixed quote.

Yes. Choose Pay by card when you book and pay securely through Stripe, with Apple Pay and Google Pay; your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. Or choose Pay the driver and settle by card or cash in the car.

Yes, in every city. Hourly hire keeps the car and driver with you for a block of time with unlimited stops. Minimum booking is three hours, charged by the hour, and the fare shows as soon as you choose the hours.

Yes, for $10 per booking, added to your fare when you tick Child seat required. Tell us the ages when you book so the right seat is fitted and installed correctly before the car leaves the depot.

A waiting allowance is built into every booking: 15 minutes on a standard pickup and 60 minutes after an international landing. Beyond that, waiting is charged in fifteen minute blocks and always discussed with you first.

Free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup. Cancellations inside that window may incur the base fare to cover the driver's dispatch. Airport pickups delayed by the airline are never charged as a cancellation.
