Black Chauffeurs exists because the gap between a rideshare and a real chauffeur is bigger than most people realise, and it shows up on the day it matters most.
We run a deliberately small fleet across Melbourne and Sydney, because the alternative is a call centre and a car you have never seen before.
Why small stays better
A big operator solves a late car by sending you a different one. We solve it by not being late. Three vehicle classes, drivers we actually know, and a dispatch desk that answers on the second ring at 4am.
That is also why there is no published rate card. A flat per kilometre table either overcharges the short trips or loses money on the long ones. Your fare comes from your route.
What accredited actually means
Every driver holds a commercial passenger vehicle driver accreditation for the state they work in, carries full commercial passenger insurance, and works in a vehicle that is inspected and detailed on a schedule rather than when someone notices.
It sounds like paperwork. It is the difference between a professional service and a private car with a stranger in it.
The things we will not do
No surge pricing when it rains. No meter that keeps running while you are stuck in a queue the airline caused. No cancellation charge when a flight is delayed. No driver on their phone.

What every booking includes
Flight aware pickups
Your flight number goes on the job. The car moves with the aircraft, not the schedule you booked three weeks ago.
Fixed fare, quoted first
The number you see is the number you pay, confirmed against the route before anything is charged.
Driver details ahead of time
Name, vehicle and plate sent before pickup, so you are not guessing which black car is yours.

Dispatch is staffed around the clock. Complicated trips are priced by someone who can think, not a form.
