How is my fare calculated?
Enter a pickup and a drop-off on the booking form and we calculate the real driving distance between them, then price that against your chosen vehicle. The estimate appears immediately. We always check the final amount against the exact route and any tolls before payment is taken. Weddings, hourly charter and other special requests are quoted directly by a person.
Do you calculate the distance automatically?
Yes. Distance and travel time come from the live driving route between your two addresses, including any extra stops you add, so the number you see reflects the road rather than a straight line on a map.
Can I pay by card online?
Yes. Choose Pay by card when you book and pay securely through Stripe, with Apple Pay and Google Pay; your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. Or choose Pay the driver and settle by card or cash in the car.
Do you service both Melbourne and Sydney?
Yes. Choose your city at the start of the booking form to see local pickup areas. We also run chauffeured interstate transfers along the Melbourne to Sydney corridor on request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup. Cancellations inside that window may incur the base fare to cover the driver's dispatch. Airport pickups delayed by the airline are never charged as a cancellation.
