Weddings and Events
Bridal cars, groom's cars and guest shuttles, planned with your planner and run to the minute. Formals, race days and gala nights too.
A wedding day runs on a schedule, and the cars are part of it. We work backwards from the ceremony time with you or your planner: when the bride leaves, how long the route really takes at that hour, how much time the photographs need and when the guests have to be moved. Where it matters we do a dry run of the route.
The bridal car, the groom's car and the guest shuttles can run as one coordinated fleet, so nobody is left standing outside a venue at midnight and nobody has to ring around to find their ride.
A single car for the couple, a pair of cars for the bridal party, a Mercedes Sprinter or Executive Van to move guests between ceremony and reception, and the Stretch Limousine for the arrival or the exit. Ribbons and presentation detailing are included, and a late-night return after the reception can be booked into the same plan.
The same approach covers school and university formals, race days, gala dinners, corporate events and red carpet arrivals.
Wedding and event bookings are priced by a person rather than a calculator, because every one is different. Send a special request with the date, the venues and the number of cars and people, and we come back with a price and a plan. There is no online fare for this service, and you pay the driver or arrange payment with us directly.
