A transfer, driven properly
A general transfer is the simplest thing we do and the one most people book most often: collect you here, take you there. The difference is in the detail. The fare is set from the real driving route before you confirm. The car arrives when it said it would. The driver knows which entrance to use and waits where it is legal and sensible to wait.
You can add stops along the way and a return leg when you book, and the fare updates as you go. If the plan is more involved than a single trip, use the special request form and a person will price it.
The trips it suits
Hotel to a conference and back. The office to a client dinner and home again. Train stations, ferry terminals and cruise ports. A day at the races or the cricket. A night out where nobody wants to be the driver. Medical appointments and day surgery pick-ups. A quiet, comfortable car for a long run between suburbs.
If it is a single trip, or a short chain of them, it is a general transfer. If you want the car and driver held for a block of time, hourly hire is the better fit.

How is the fare worked out?
From the real driving route between your pickup and drop-off, including any stops you add. The fare appears as soon as you enter the addresses and vehicle, before you commit.
Can I add stops or a return trip?
Yes. Add stops and a return leg on the booking form and the fare updates. A return trip is priced as a second trip.
Can I book at short notice?
For a standard transfer a few hours is usually enough, and dispatch runs 24 hours a day. For anything on a busy date, book as early as you can.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup. Inside that window the base fare may apply to cover the driver's dispatch.
Can I pay in the car?
Yes. Pay online by card with Apple Pay or Google Pay, or choose to pay the driver by card or cash.
