How pricing works
No surge, no meter, no surprises
Your fare is the base rate plus the real driving distance for your route, adjusted for the vehicle class. It is calculated before you book, so you know the amount before you pay.
How is my fare calculated?
Enter a pickup and a drop-off on the booking form and we calculate the real driving distance between them, then price that against your chosen vehicle. The fare appears immediately, and if you pay by card that is the amount charged. Hourly hire is charged by the hour you book instead. Weddings and other special requests are quoted directly by a person.
Do you calculate the distance automatically?
Yes. Distance and travel time come from the live driving route between your two addresses, including any extra stops you add, so the number you see reflects the road rather than a straight line on a map.
Can I pay by card online?
Yes. Choose Pay by card when you book and pay securely through Stripe, with Apple Pay and Google Pay; your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. Or choose Pay the driver and settle by card or cash in the car.
Which cities do you cover?
Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth and the Gold Coast, including their airports. Choose your city at the start of the booking form and the address suggestions and fare follow it.
