1. Give the flight number, not just the time
Flights rarely land at the scheduled minute. When the car is booked against the flight number, the pickup follows the aircraft, so an early landing finds the driver already waiting and a delay does not leave you with a missed car. Add the number to the booking form and the terminal if you know it.
2. Choose the vehicle by luggage as well as passengers
- A Luxury Sedan suits up to 3 passengers and 2 large suitcases.
- A Luxury SUV takes up to 5 passengers and 4 large suitcases.
- An Executive Van takes up to 7 passengers and 6 large suitcases.
- A Mercedes Sprinter takes up to 12 passengers with bulk luggage.
Golf bags, skis, prams and musical instruments take space too. If in doubt, pick the next size up.
3. Tell us about children
If anyone needs a child seat, tick the box and tell us the ages so the right seat is fitted before the car leaves. It avoids a stressful scramble at the kerb.
4. Know where you will be met
On arrivals your driver meets you inside the terminal with a name board, and your driver's name and car are sent to you before you land. Save the details and the dispatch number in your phone.
5. Allow for waiting time
International arrivals take longer: immigration, baggage and customs add up. A waiting allowance is built into airport bookings, including a longer one after an international landing, so you do not need to hurry.
6. For departures, plan back from the flight
Work out when you need to be at the terminal, then book the car for the time you need to leave, not the time you want to arrive. Allow extra for peak hours and for the day of the week.
7. If your flight is delayed
Nothing needs to be done. We track the flight, so the pickup moves with it, and a delay caused by the airline is never charged as a cancellation. If your plans change entirely, call or message us any hour.
