Book before you fly
Book your transfer once your flights are confirmed and add the flight number. We track the flight, so the pickup follows your landing time. See airport transfers.
Allow for arrival formalities
International arrivals include immigration, baggage collection and customs. This can take a while, especially at busy times. A longer waiting allowance is built into the booking after an international landing, so you can take your time.
Meeting your driver
Your driver meets you on arrivals inside the terminal with a name board, and your driver's name and car are sent to you before you land. If you cannot find each other, call or message the number in your booking confirmation.
Choose a vehicle for your luggage
A Luxury Sedan takes up to 3 passengers and 2 large suitcases, a Luxury SUV up to 5 and 4, an Executive Van up to 7 and 6, and a Mercedes Sprinter up to 12 with bulk luggage. If you are travelling with children, ask for a child seat.
