Pick the right vehicle for the group
A Stretch Limousine takes up to 8 passengers and suits a group that wants to arrive together. For larger groups, a Mercedes Sprinter takes up to 12. For smaller parties, a Luxury Sedan or SUV can be the right fit.
Plan the route and the pick-ups
If you are collecting people from several addresses, list them with times in order. Allow time between pick-ups, and agree a single meeting point if the group is large. Share the venue address and the planned finish time.
Agree the timings in advance
Decide when the car should arrive, how long it will wait at each stop and what time you want the return trip. A late-night return can be built into the same plan.
