Give the driver the exact hotel and entrance
Hotels often have more than one entrance, a lobby on a different level or a pickup area that is not obvious. Put the hotel name and the entrance you will use in the booking notes. It saves time for everyone, and it means the driver is waiting where you expect.
Airport to hotel
Your driver meets you on arrivals and takes you straight to the hotel entrance, with the flight tracked so the pickup follows your landing. See airport transfers. Tell us if you are arriving before check-in, so you can plan for luggage and timing.
Hotel to a meeting, conference or dinner
A general transfer takes you from the hotel to the venue at a fixed fare, with the car waiting at the right time. If you have several stops in a day, hourly hire keeps the car and driver with you.
Groups and events at hotels
For wedding guests, delegates or a team staying at the same hotel, a Mercedes Sprinter carries up to 12 passengers with luggage, and an Executive Van takes up to 7. One booking moves the whole group together.
A short checklist
- Hotel name, entrance and the name the booking is under.
- Pickup time, and how long you need to leave before it.
- Number of passengers and large suitcases.
- A mobile number you will answer on the day.
