Airport transfers: book once your flight is confirmed
As soon as you have the flight, book the car and add the flight number. We track the flight, so the pickup follows the aircraft even if your plans change. It also means you are not looking for a car after a long flight.
Busy dates: book early

- School and university formal season.
- Public holiday weekends and the end of year.

Changing your plans
You can cancel free of charge up to 6 hours before pickup. Inside that window, the base fare may apply to cover the driver's dispatch. A flight delayed by the airline is never charged as a cancellation.
